In Greek mythology, people had Alma (Soul) and Daimon, which is the voice of our conscience, telling us what is right and just. This conscience has guided us during all these years in our daily work, it has instilled us our values and it has our guidance and advice in the making of our wines.

Our Daimon has been molded by our history, our environment and our culture, learned of our ancestors. These eyes represent the conscience, Daimon, which observe and guide us in our way.

Daimon is a new style of wine, everything is original in these wines. It is an innovative wine. Its winemaking way, its varieties, its label... and its case are singular and original. The case is designed for 10 bottles in horizontal position.

Daimon Red 2010. Grapes varieties: 56% Tempranillo, 22% Graciano, 16% Garnacha, y 6% Merlot. 13 months in barrel.

Daimon Rosé Barrel Fermented 2010. Grapes varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha and Merlot. 3 months in barrel.

Daimon White Barrel Fermented 2011. Grapes varieties: 60% Viura, 30% Malvasia y 10% Tempranillo Blanco. 3 months in barrel.
